Part-Time Concierge Position
Location: Beautiful Apartment Community in Bentonville, AR

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work 15 to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with requests and provide excellent service in the clubhouse.

• Monitor clubhouse activities and ensure residents and guests follow established rules and procedures.

• Support residents in using clubhouse equipment.

• Be knowledgeable about the property and its amenities.

• Address resident requests with tailored solutions and recommendations.

• Offer information on local attractions such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation.

• Help organize and assist with clubhouse activities.

• Secure the clubhouse by locking doors at the end of operating hours.

• Perform general office duties as needed.

• Assist the Community Director with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

• Must present a neat and professional appearance.

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

• Dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Excellent communication skills.

• General computer proficiency and familiarity with basic office equipment.

• Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing.
