Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Director at Richtech Robotics, you will lead the expansion of our Cloutea brand. Cloutea is a fresh, innovative boba tea shop, where your drinks are made exclusively by a robot named ADAM. The ideal candidate will seek out expansion opportunities by communicating with business owners around Las Vegas and the rest of the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Cloutea expansion program
- Conduct business visits to meet with business owners
- Create and maintain relationships with local business owners and community leaders
- Find and act on expansion opportunities
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of the Cloutea brand
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Have previous experience in a related field
- Must be able to work outside of the office, including travel to other cities and states
- Must be open to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Open to learning new things and have a passion for technology
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Ability to keep a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
