Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong background in email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, print advertising, analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media marketing, product management, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the marketing department
- Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Oversee print advertising campaigns and collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful materials
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills:
- Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, print advertising, analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media marketing, product management, and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
