Candidate will have a BS in environmental science, geology, geography, hydrology or the equivalent with work experience of six years in the water quality field, or a MS in similar field with work experience of 5 years in the water quality field.

Qualifications
Candidate will have a BS in environmental science, geology, geography, hydrology or the equivalent with work experience of six years in the water quality field, or a MS in similar field with work experience of 5 years in the water quality field.
Candidates For This Position Must Demonstrate
- Independent thought and decision-making abilities
- Possess management and supervisory skills
- Able to communicate information and ideas effectively through speaking and writing so different audiences will understand.
- Be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients as well as in-house professional peers
- Supervision of staff (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)
- Management of project schedules and budgets,
- Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
- Experience in client interactions.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the implementation of the NPDES permits, TMDLs, and other water quality regulations.
- Experience designing and implementing water quality monitoring programs including development of Monitoring Plans, QAPPS, and compliance reporting.
- Knowledge of the CEDEN submittal process.
- Evaluate QA/QC metrics required for a given task.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft 365, along with knowledge of ArcGIS.
- Demonstrates time management skills for own time as well as possesses the ability to manage time for other team members.
- Performs well under stress and keeps a positive attitude, leading by example.
