Experienced Family Office Accountant

**The Role
The firm seeks an Experienced Accountant candidate to work in our High-Net-Worth Family Office and Wealth Management Accounting Services department.
**The right candidate will be willing and able to:

1. Complete efficient and effective month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, journal entry adjustments, and ensuring proper and accurate posting of revenue, expense, fixed assets, accrual and prepaid schedules, and balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
2. Work with investment partnerships, private equity funds, and personal financial statement reporting.
3. Communicate with key financial professionals internally and externally related to transactional reporting, monthly balances, and debt covenants.
4. Recognize, anticipate, and resolve accounting issues and make recommendations

1. Adapt to the company's practices, policies, and culture

What You'll Need:

1. 5 years of relevant experience and possess working knowledge of accounting
2. Strong organization and problem-solving skills

1. Diligent work ethic and dedicated to providing superior client service
2. Possess integrity, be trustworthy, dependable, and a team player with a cooperative attitude
3. Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and interpersonal with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.

1. Strong analytical and general quantitative skills, with an attention to detail

1. Experience in managing multiple client engagements at the same time
2. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required

1. Proficient knowledge of bill.com a plus
