· Starting Pay is $17.00 plus 1$ shift differential.
· Pay increase at 90 days.
· 2nd Shift hours are 4:25 pm-2:55 am Monday through Thursday.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
· Load material onto the machine with an overhead crane.
· Burn parts per blueprint specifications/work instructions.
· Unload and sticker parts for identification.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanup.
· Assist with training new operators.
· Perform 1st part and in-process inspections as required to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
· Good attendance and safety record.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Blueprint reading.
· Read measuring devices (i.e. – tape measure, hook rule, protractor, etc.) .
· Provide tools per employee required tool list.
· Available for overtime work.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
· Previous N/C experience.
· Plasma/laser operating experience.
· Experience with lift tables, cranes, and hoists.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.
· Work 10-hour shifts.
· Standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.
Performance Measures
· Safety performance.
· Quality of work.
· Production compared to standards.
· Attendance.
· Contributions toward continuous improvements of work processes and products.
· Progress of the focused factory you are assigned to in relation to company goals.
Working Conditions
Indoors, light manufacturing environment, union facility, in a team-oriented atmosphere with ear, eye, and foot protection required.
