Ridge Communications, Inc. (RCI) is a telecommunications company that provides a full array of network deployment and operations services for both wireless and wireline carriers.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager (PM) will provide leadership in the planning and execution of DAS and outside plant (OSP) projects for various clients. This position interacts with all levels of personnel internally and externally requiring the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing project objectives, schedules and budgets and to influence others to meet those objectives on time and within budget. The duties will include, but not limited to:

· Responsible for defining and planning any and all major projects driven by opportunities associated with key clients.

· Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts.

· Organize cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.

· Be responsible for validation of various projects, managing detailed scope definition, managing bottom-up workday and cost estimates, developing resource plans, establishing timelines, gaining executive approval of the plan, defining methodology, and establishing PM processes.

· The PM will provide consulting advice to executive management and will work with the client to meet their needs.

· The PM will work closely with Project Management team and customer’s point of contact(s) to deliver the projects on time.

· Will exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements:

· At least 5 Years’ experience in Telecom/Wireless industry along with Installation/Project Management experience is required.

· The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked or has the firsthand knowledge of various projects/technologies associated with customers and can get access to key decision makers.

· Demonstrated strong project management skills, must be organized and detailed oriented, with a proven track record of multitasking and managing projects.

· Provide leadership and mentoring to project management staff, manage team dynamics and provide industry best practices.

· Interface with Client(s) to achieve their business goals.

· The candidate should be able to show proven ability for new business identification, and their role in closing that business with previous clients.

· A good understanding of Telecom and its technologies is required.

Basic Knowledge in the following areas:

· Wireless site, ODAS, iDAS, and OSP site acquisition, engineering, permitting, and construction.

· Wireless site, ODAS, iDAS, and OSP planning, estimating, costing, quoting, and bidding
