Operations Manager
Reports to Director of Operations
Major Function
Organize, manage and perform the short and long term functions of managing the client experience, as well as the responsibility of all administrative duties pertaining to daily operation of a busy and fast paced Wealth Management practice. The ideal candidate will be kind, highly organized/detailed, enjoy working as part of a team and will possess a genuine desire to work with and help people.

General Requirements
Educational: Minimum High School or equivalent; prefer college degree in related field
Skills: Strong communication, detail oriented, computer, typing and math skills. Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience: Minimum 2 years as administrative assistant or office management capacity.
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mon. – Fri.
