Dietary Aide

Ridgeview Place Senior Living, a 57-apartment Assisted Living (AL) and memory care community located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. Dietary Aides are highly valued employees who bring a friendly demeanor to the daily lives of our residents.

CURRENT NEEDS: Part-time; every other weekend and every other holiday is required.

WAGES: Up to $17.50/hour depending on qualifications.

JOB SUMMARY:
Dietary Aides assist with the preparation and serving of thoughtfully presented meals to our residents. You will work as part of a team to maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow guidelines of resident meal plans, all while communicating positively with team members and residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
