What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Activity Therapy Assistant position at Ridgewood Care Center?

We are looking for a PART-time Recreation Activity Therapy Assistant (3 days a week 9am-5pm and one weekend a month) for someone who is EXPERIENCED and passionate about caring for the elderly community in southeast WI. Persons applying must have previous experience in activity in a long term AND have a valid driver's license setting to be considered, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, good team player, and strong leadership skills. CBRF/CNA experience is a plus.
To be considered for this position you must:
- have a valid Wisconsin Drivers Licence
- GOOD driving record with the DMV (this is mandatory)
- Previous Long Term/Rehab experience
