Position Summary

Rieve Fire Protection is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They will be comfortable working in a team environment and possess the ability to take initiative to solve problems.

30 hours per week to start, flexible work hours available. Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.
  • Computer proficiency in office software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be proactive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Create contracts, work orders, and reports through company software program.
  • Schedule inspections and coordinate with field employees.
  • Process inspection paperwork and maintain job location records.
  • Assist with daily office operations such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Maintain contact lists by contacting customers and vendors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
