We are looking for candidates to fill full-time Machine Operator positions.

Prior experience in a machine shop is preferred. This position will be operating equipment in our saw shop. Automatic bandsaws, welder, dot-peens , and tumblers for deburring. Portions of this job are physically easy, and portions are physically demanding. Loading the saw and moving orders around is quite a bit of manual labor, and doing paperwork on 5 jobs at a time while machines are going is an extra break.

Our shop is run in a production environment, we will set up a machine and run the same job for a day, to a week. Hours are 8am to 5pm with an hour off for lunch. M-F.

The job is physically demanding, and you will need to be capable of the following.

  • Good close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
  • Stand or walk in the work area for the entire work shift.
  • Perform repetitive motions throughout the process, Including lifting.
  • The Ability to lift to 30 pounds easily.
  • Learn quick and follow instructions well, everyone is their own supervisor

We start out at a set pay and train and evaluate every new employee. Pay is based on the amount of work that gets done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
