Job Summary:
The FP&A Analyst and Systems Admin will prepare monthly and annual financial reports. They will manage systems implementations and ongoing finance systems administration. This role will assist with the annual budget process and identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

The FP&A Analyst Systems Admin is a full-time (40 hour/week), non-exempt position that reports to VP of Finance and has no direct reports. This position is part of the accounting team that performs many functions for the company. The FP&A Manager and Financial Systems Admin is organized, able to meet weekly deadlines, and works well within a group environment as well as being able to excel as an individual contributor.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Finance Systems administrator
  • Manage Systems Transition
  • Assist with Annual Budgeting
  • Financial Analysis as required
  • Ad hoc work assigned by VP of Finance

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Family Office
  • Experience with financial systems Implementation and financial systems administration
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with annual budget process
  • Bachelors or higher degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily interaction from manager to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Concur, B2B. or similar software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
  • Two to five years of related experience required
  • Adaptability while working in a fast-changing and evolving organization
  • Highly effective communication skills and relationship building
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Highest level of accuracy and integrity
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
