Full-Time Personal Caregivers Positions
DAY-SHIFT: 12 HOURS SHIFTS (7A-7P)
As a PCA/Shahbaz at our Green House® elder care community, you will be an integral member of a self-managed team responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to a small group of Elders. You will play a vital role in creating a warm and home-like environment where Elders can thrive, feel respected, and maintain their dignity. The work environment is comfortable and homely, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties include (but not limited to) - all duties listed are requirements with no exceptions
- Planning, Prepping and Preparing Meals.
- Assist Elders with feeding if applicable.
- Assist Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care.
- Plan and participate in meaningful activities.
- Create a comfortable, clean, and organized living environment.
- Communicate effectively with Elders, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with other Shahbazim and team members in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
