Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients' safety and well-being.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and provide emotional support.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate and dependable with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
