Pay and Benefits :

In taking this position, you would receive :

• Competitive enter pay range : $18.00-$20.00 an hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Your training will teach you everything you need, but here are character traits you should have from the get-go.

• You’re the honest, likable, energetic, and approachable type, and are able to get along and verbally communicate easily with people at all levels.

• You’re never short of a smile and take real pride in your work by being resourceful, and accountable, and take initiative.

• You don’t mind getting a little dirty by doing light housekeeping.
• You don’t have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal!

Must Haves :

• Preferred six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
• successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
• Must have a sympathetic attitude
• Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
