Overview:
Right at Home, a prominent leader in the in-home senior care industry, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality to support the hiring and recruiting processes for CNAs and HHAs.
- Assist in training and managing the care team under the guidance of the Director of Quality.
- Implement approved HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels by overseeing employee hiring, orientation, evaluation, training, and discipline.
- Conduct orientation for new field staff and contribute to developing in-service and continuing education programs.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide on-call coverage as needed, rotating among office staff.
- Conduct job performance evaluations to ensure high standards are met.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Experience in human resources with a focus on interviewing and relationship management.
- Proficiency in lead generation, internal recruiting, sales, and general recruiting practices.
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ambitious mindset with a passion for meeting clients' needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and execution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Home Health Agency Guidelines is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
