Human Resources Recruiter

Right at Home Orlando is searching for a Human Resources Trainer and Recruiter to assist in its goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent, and quality care to our clients. The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for the hiring and recruiting of CNAs and HHAs. This position will help train and manage our care team alongside our other Human Resources team members.

Essential Functions

• Implements the approved policies and procedures.
• Employs an adequate number of qualified personnel and ensures an adequate ongoing plan for employee hiring, orientation, evaluation, in-service training, and discipline.
• Orients newly hired field staff and assists in training and develops in-service and continuing education programs
• Maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implements corrective action in response to reports of Agency committees and regulatory agencies as applicable.
• Reviews and ensures client satisfaction
• Participates in Agency quality improvement activities.
• On-call coverage as needed (rotated amongst office staff - typically one night)
• Monitors job performance through performance evaluations

• Healthcare experience and management experience

Qualifications and Skills

Job Qualifications Include:

• Strong planning and execution skills
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude with high degree of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Internet applications
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and Home Health Agency Guidelines (preferred)
• Spanish speaking preferred, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
