What do you need to work with us?

Requirements include :

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license (If you don't have HCA license you must be willing to get one, this will include a background check)
• 6 months of verifiable experience. ( 2 years of experience for higher pay rate).
• TB Test (negative or proof of non-active) required.
• CPR certification required (although you can get this online which we can provide info)
• Availability to work day shifts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive clients to appointments and errands in own registered / insured car (higher starting pay and mileage of $0.80 / mile), preferred
• Able to work in Santa Monica and surrounding West LA area (we have clients all up and down West LA)

If you're already registered as a Home Care Aide with California's Dept. of Social Services, THAT'S A PLUS and expedites you getting through the hiring process faster.

But if you're new to the business, we'll send you information on how to get your license so we can get you started! Keep in mind, we can only hire covid 19 vaccinated caregivers at this time due to LA County's mandate for Caregivers.

NOTE : If you don't have Home Care Aide license you must be willing to get one, this will require a background check
