Here's your day-to-day :

Sales and Communication :

• Understand the needs of client families, aligning them with our services, and matching appropriate caregivers to create personalized solutions.
• Effectively articulate the benefits of our services to address client families' needs and inquiries about our products, services, and office location.

Caregiver Coordination :

• Schedule caregivers to provide personal care services for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
• Foster positive relationships and resolve conflicts with caregivers, client families, and community partners, to facilitate an excellent experience for all.

• Regularly assess caregiver performance through observations, client feedback, and evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to caregivers, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating training, and recognizing their achievements.

Professionalism :

Demonstrate a positive demeanor and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment (20-30 phone calls per day)

Helpful experience and expertise :

• Experience working
• Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to excellence
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
• Must communicate well, able to build strong professional relationships with clients and caregivers, and effectively handle the stress of caregivers calling out for shifts, coordinating schedules, and answering the phone.

Please Note : Must have background in Home / healthcare and scheduling in a fast pace office setting (This is an IN-OFFICE position) Applicants without scheduling experience will not be considered for this position .
