Right at Home of Ventura County is looking for caregivers for immediate hire for our clients in Ojai.

Salary: $17-$19 per hour

Shift Type: Part-time

Requirements:

  • Home Care Aid license – if you don’t have it, we help you get it
  • Some experience preferred, we will train the right person
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Caring, Compassionate & Dependable
  • Dementia Experience desired but not necessary
  • Be able to get to work reliably

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our clients need help with personal care to companion care. Your duties can include:

  • Assist with   bathing, dressing, transfers, toileiting, and other ADL's
  • Supervision for safety
  • Preparing a delicious meal
  • Laundry
  • Light housekeeping
  • Safely drive client to appointments and shopping
  • Safety for our caregivers most important: we provide you with PPE and train you how to use it.
  • Each client has unique care and personality needs, and we work to match you to the best fit.
