Responsibilities of the Home Health Aide (HHA):
- Assist with ADL's - including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting.
- Assist with IADLS - including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry.
Requirements of the Home Health Aide (HHA):
- High school degree or G.E.D. certificate
- Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (homes or facilites) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
- The Home Health Aide shall have successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the state licensing laws for home health agencies.
- Reliable transportation
