Primary Responsibilities:
- Consistently uphold and demonstrate the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
- Help lead client, product and market research, and conduct competitive analysis
- Collaborate to identify opportunities which will help the organization to meet its strategic goals, positively impact franchise level revenue growth and mitigate roadblocks to both
- Clearly develop and articulate business model hypotheses and present findings and conclusions to various groups including cross-functional leaders
- Initiate, build, and manage innovation experiments which interact with corporate employees, franchise owners, their staff, older adults and their family members, and strategic partners from hypothesis to defined success or failure
- Identify, develop, implement and manage experiment metric tracking mechanisms and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to goals and milestones
- Effectively communicate idea hypothesis, experiment plans, timelines and outcomes with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Help lead systemwide program implementation when experiments prove valuable. Travel to franchise locations as needed to lead implementation efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful market implementation (field training, sales training, assisting with positioning and collateral development)
- Initiate, build and maintain relationships with franchise owners to understand their needs and opportunities for business support and growth
- Proactively seek out and build strategic partnerships which address target opportunities
Successful candidates will have:
- 5-10 years' of successful related experience
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to develop brief list of assumptions and build basic business cases
- Willingness to learn and try new approaches
- Entrepreneurial spirited
