We are looking for caregivers to help provide assistance in the Greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine area. Job Responsibilities (we provide on the job training):

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.

• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Ensure client safety and well-being.

• Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client’s emotional and medical condition.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Drivers License
• Auto Insurance
• Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

• Available to work a variety of shifts

• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

• Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus

• No experience required but medical experience is a plus.

Schedule:

• 4-12 hour shifts

• Day shift

• Evening shift

• Holidays

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability
