Scheduling Job Description:
The Scheduler's primary role is to ensure that caregiver and client schedules are up to date and accurate. Promote quality care by working with the Client Care Manager and Staffing Coordinator to organize the appropriate level of care for new and existing clients.
Job expectations include performing various administrative activities to verify schedules are accurately implemented by caregivers, answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate office staff, working with client and client family on the phone or through email to accurately schedule client care, as well as contacting caregivers to organize care of clients.
Scheduler Job Responsibilities:
- Use scheduling system to accurately schedule client and caregiver hours a week or more out
- Work with caregivers through the scheduling system and telephony to maintain accurate timecard records
- Administer to and prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Administer to and prepare weekly invoicing/billing
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate office staff
- Greet people as they enter the office and direct them to appropriate staff member
- Document client and caregiver scheduling changes and other pertinent information
- Note concerns or violations in caregiver or client care and report to Staffing Coordinator
- Works with Client Care Manager and Staffing Coordinator to identify the best match between caregiver and client
- Works closely with caregivers to facilitate an accurate understanding of caregivers schedule and client needs..

Scheduler Job Benefits:
Pay Range -$12.00 to $14.00 / per hour
