We are looking to add an experienced automotive parts changer to our team here at Right Choice Auto Sales of Pensacola/ Automotive. We are growing company that is looking for that right individual to add to our family.

Automotive Part Changer Flat Rate (Pay based on experience)

**Bonus if you have diagnostic experience, but not needed

Automotive Part Changer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • (If you can) Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
  • Perform work outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with shop standards
  • Communicate with managers to obtain parts needed
  • Assist less experienced associates
  • Road- test vehicles when required
  • Keep shop area as clean as possible
  • Account for tools
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents

Knowledge Needed:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Use computer diagnostic equipment
