Job Overview

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the Business Systems team, responsible for supporting the Right Networks Salesforce environment and specifically Pardot and Sales Cloud. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions based on business requirements and value. The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for everything from helping users create reports to optimizing system performance.

This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities

  • Working primarily at the direction of our Business Systems Analysts, understand priorities and turn business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement and customization of the platform.
  • According to requirements, configure roles, profiles, page layouts, record types, pick lists, custom objects, flows, etc. using SDLC best practices to support business functions.
  • Assesses and resolves issues or escalates to the appropriate team members.
  • Gathers initial root cause information and documents corrective actions to be taken.
  • Contributes to work sizing, scoping activities, and release planning.
  • Identifies and documents deficiencies and resolutions/workarounds for known issues.
  • Contributes to improvement of our business systems by providing constructive feedback and innovative ideas on processes, documentation, and functionality.
  • Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
  • Complete regular internal system audits, prepare for system upgrades, and deprecate system capabilities that become obsolete and business needs evolve.
  • Other duties as assigned such as special projects.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a Business or IT related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce.com (Pardot and Sales Cloud).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience required.
  • A passion for delivering cutting edge Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flows, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong customer service skills, written and interpersonal communication skills, relationship building and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience working with and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision and overcome obstacles.
  • Experience with SDLC best practices, Agile methodology and JIRA a plus.
  • Experience with other SaaS applications a plus (Pardot, D&B, Docusign).
