American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced Elevator Compliance professional who has worked in a fast-paced elevator company located in St. Pete.
In this role, the Compliance Specialist will be working on violations, periodic inspections, and testing procedures, assisting with all open and closed violations, periodic inspections, deficiencies and testing. They will track, expedite, and correct all open violations/deficiencies. As well, you will create and follow-up with new customer proposals, schedule site surveys and obtain all necessary documentation and information for review.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree and 4 years’ experience in an audit or compliance role within the elevator industry. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project and have a good knowledge of Florida elevator compliance policies and procedures.
