They are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This is an onsite position based in Ketchum, ID.
Administrative Assistant’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Administrative Assistant’s Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in the customer service industry.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
