Additionally, you will offer mechanical and electrical support on-site while catering to large enterprise, complex, or corporate accounts.
Your role will involve utilizing proactive monitoring procedures and tools to identify opportunities for problem prevention.

Required Knowledge / Skills :
- Knowledge and expertise on the company’s digital presses technology preferred
- Strong mechanical technical and communication kills and ability to improvise
- Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems.
- Good teamwork with peers and internal personnel
- Demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance
- Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
- Extensive travel for training (6 weeks in 1st year)
- Mainly local travel in South MI as regular part of the daily work week. Overnight stays may be required on short notice
Qualifications :
Minimum Vocational / Diploma / Associate Degree (technical field with 3 years field service experience)
