What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at RightWorks?
A large behavioral health center with programs spread throughout Northern California is hiring a Behavioral Health Specialist (similar to a Case Manager) to work at their program in Elk Grove. In this role you'll work directly with adult clients in their homes, schools, and at the program offices to coordinate care, move towards treatment goals, and connect them with internal and external resources throughout the county.

You'll work a Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule.

What are we looking for?
--We require a Bachelors 2 years of experience working in mental health, or a High School diploma and 4 years of experience working in mental health.
--Must have your own transportation w/ a clean driving record.
--Must be OK working 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
--Must be OK working some days "in the field," in clients homes/schools/etc.
