Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Ecommerce Specialist at Rigle, located in Anaheim, CA. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing customer service for online orders, analyzing sales data, managing e-commerce platforms, and communicating with various teams to improve the online buying experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills in order to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with different teams to streamline the online buying experience
  • E-commerce platform management skills, including experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify
  • Sales skills to drive online sales and promotions
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the retail industry and marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS languages is desirable but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
