Project Coordinator

Seeking Project Coordinators in the construction industry that exhibit Riley Contracting Group's Core Values:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Project Managers:

• Create Subcontractor contracts
• Track submittals and RFI’s for projects
• Track and manage change notices and change orders
• Issue Purchase Orders, order materials, equipment, etc. as necessary

Manage Procore

• Ensure that each sub-contractor’s contact has appropriate access
• Ensure that all Data is up to date in Procore

Manage Billing Process

• Ensure that each month’s Pay Application is prepared in a timely manner
• Ensure that each month’s Pay Application is issued in accordance with the Contract

Assist Estimating Process.

• Contact subcontractors to coordinate bids and develop proposals via phone calls
• Edit, revise and draft proposals
• Submit bids in-person

Coordinate and complete of all proper close-out documentation in accordance with the Contract

Manage Builder’s Risk process

All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Willing to commute to submit bids
• Team oriented approach and willing to collaborate with Project Managers, Clients, Architects, Engineers, Sub contractors and other project professionals.
• Relevant experience a plus
• Knowledgeable in SmartBid and Procore a plus
• Knowledgeable in Adobe PDF / Bluebeam editing and updating

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
