Riley Industrial Services has an immediate opening for Field Administrator at a Copper Mine outside Tucson, AZ. Duties include processing time cards, creating work tickets, receipt and driver log tracking, submitting HR and Payroll paperwork, and working closely with client and field manager to meet all admin needs. Work is on mine site where MSHA regulations are followed and applicant must meet those requirements.
- 40 hours per week with per diem paid for days worked. Monday – Thursday, 10 hours a day. Overtime paid when needed.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe and able to pick up new software applications.
- Must be highly skilled in computer systems applications, very organized, level demeanor and multi-task oriented.
- Must have and maintain current driver license, pass a background clearance and conform to MSHA, drug and alcohol testing programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
