Company Overview:

They specialize in the installation and servicing of steam and hot water gas boilers, water heaters, pumps, piping, and control systems, alongside typical HVAC systems. We are seeking an experienced technician who is committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Their ideal candidate has extensive experience in the mechanical HVAC trade, specifically in multi-unit buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to and diagnose no-heat and no-hot-water service calls.
- Diagnose and service high-efficiency commercial equipment.
- Work with both atmospheric and forced draft burners.
- Wire and commission commercial equipment and control systems.
- Service commercial equipment with capacities of 2 million BTUs.
- Inspect and perform repairs on boilers, controls, pumps, furnaces, water heaters, and A/C units.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in HVAC, particularly with steam and hydronic systems.
- Experience in wiring and commissioning commercial equipment.
- Ability to safely handle the physical demands of the job.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
