Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage project development throughout its lifecycle.
- Specialize in heavy civil construction projects, including underground utilities and roadway work.
- Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and project goals.
- Coordinate team members, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare and present project budgets, making necessary adjustments to keep within financial targets.
- Manage project schedules and ensure tasks are executed effectively in the field.
- Handle procurement tasks, including sourcing and ordering materials, tracking quantities, and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain clear communication with owners, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, creating documentation and reports for review.
- Address and resolve project issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
- Anticipate potential changes in project scope, develop contingency plans, and mitigate risks.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
- Experience working in heavy civil construction is a plus, with knowledge of underground utilities, grading, and excavation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage both field and office tasks.

Qualifications
