Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely monthly close
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Partner with FP&A on monthly budget to actual analysis
- Develop staff's professional skillsets to support individual and company growth
- Provide accounting expertise for the organization by partnering closely with internal, cross-company, and external stakeholders including lenders and external auditors
- Identify, recommend, and lead in implementing improvements in accounting and finance processes and improvements to internal controls and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- 5 years experience in accounting
- Must have hospitality or hotel experience
- Expert knowledge of accounting and financial principles, regulations, and best practices
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results
- Influencer who uses analytical and leadership skills to achieve goals
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
