We are looking to hire the right candidate for a Corporate Recruiter position to assist with new employee onboarding, the recruiting process and providing overall administrative support for the Human Resources department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in coordinating the successful execution of the recruiting process involving the promoting of open job positions.
• Source potential candidates
• Coordinate and conduct phone screens/interviews
• Manage job boards ( Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc)
• Assist in maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
• Participate in virtual and in-person external recruitment events.
• Participates in planning, conducting and attending job fairs, university/college campus recruiting, internship programs, and other similar activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to assist and support the Human Resources department
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
100% onsite in Manassas, Virginia
Some travel required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiar with ATS tracking system
• 1 year or more experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
