What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at Rio Grande Educational Collaborative?
RGEC is an education enrichment childcare program. We operate our services in multiple elementary schools. The hours are from when the bell rings at 2:50-6:00pm. This job position is for the 2024-2025 school year, starting on August 7th, 2024. All our site supervisors are responsible for overseeing students and an instructor. Site supervisors communicate with families to collect payments. They are also responsible for signing students into and out of the aftercare program. Site supervisors also oversee daily activities given by both the site supervisor and instructor. Site supervisor maintains constant communication between program coordinator, parents, students, school staff and instructors. Also responsible for entering attendance into our online tracking system.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
