We are looking for a Senior Manager – Resource Evaluation & Development to be responsible for creating and protecting value and accelerating the rate of discovery through global leadership within technical resource evaluation disciplines.
This is a great opportunity for a person with significant resource evaluation experience to lead Rio Tinto Explorations’ (RTX) team of subject matter experts, each with high technical competency within the resource evaluation disciplines (Resource Modelling and Estimation, Pit optimization and Technical Evaluation).

Where you’ll be working
Rio Tinto's Exploration group seeks to create value for the business by discovering or acquiring new mineral resources. Organized into four regional teams (Americas, Australasia, Africa-Europe and Eurasia), the Exploration group provides both a global reach and a local presence across a range of commodities including bauxite, copper, iron ore, nickel and uranium.
