About the role

We are looking for a Track Analyst to work on the contractor management team, where they will be involved in multiple cross-function projects/team throughout RTK.

Purpose: Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Track labor, equipment and materials modules; including invoice processing and payment.

Responsibilities: 

 
The responsibilities for the Track Analyst are below and based off of the following standard role profile numbers: FINBA10IC, HSEEV09IC, SCPPS10IC

·         Provides contractor management support to management, customers, team, and strategic business partners.

·         Deliver sustainable practices guided by management, structured KPI’s, policies, processes with minimal direction. 

·         Communicate reporting trends, finding, and anomalies,

·         Understand and drive corporate business needs and seek to find value and improvement to ensure best practice

·         Conduct special studies and analyses to help determine best practice for the business

·         Identifies and investigates issues related to assigned projects to include scope, approach/methodology

·         Participates in the development of long range forecast and related budgets, propose alternative best practice

·         Prepare and present interpretation of findings

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

·         3+ years of demonstrated experience in Vendor Management

·         3+ years of demonstrated experience of Timekeeping experience

·         1+ years of Accounts Payable/Billing

·         Ability to focus on objectively maintaining businesses practices and ensuring compliance through assessments of processes in place.

·         Ability to subjectively assess vendors keeping Rio Tinto business interests in mind

·         Ability to adapt with an ever-changing environment

·         Ability to engage and interact with multiple cross function teams, and adequate stakeholder management and communication

It will also be beneficial if you have:

·         Bachelor’s degree
