THE POSITION //
The position’s primary role is to assist the Retail Manager in achieving the store sales and profit targets by being physically present, demonstrating leadership, effectively managing the team, merchandising, managing and overseeing stock. To be successful in this role you will need to have worked in a retail environment, particularly as a retail sales assistant but want to move your career into stock control. Or equally you may be a Stock Controller looking for a new opportunity to join The Search and our rad global retail crew! You will be highly driven, with a high attention to detail and love setting and following processes.
This is a full time position and reports directly to the Store Manager. To be successful you will demonstrate;
- Great motivation

- Excellent communication skills including ability to get along and work with a team
- Ability to articulate company direction and focus
- Good time management skills and the ability to successfully multi task
- Have great energy through your presence in store and ability to move quickly throughout store and obtain stock in backroom as necessary (including lifting boxes up to approximately 25 pounds, climbing step stools/ladders and standing/walking for long periods of time)
- Management of consolidations, recall and stock deliveries
- Management of inventory both inbound and outbound from store
- Stock replenishment and ensuring accurate stock levels on shop floor
- Management of stock holding locations such as backrooms, cabinets etc
- Organizing the store and stock in preparation for stock takes
- Meeting targets and KPI's
