What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at RiP USA, Incorporated?
This person will assist with brand marketing and will be supporting all businesses under the RiP Umbrella. This is a very dynamic and exciting opportunity to help build something amazing! The graphic designer is expected to proactively plan and execute compelling visual concepts that meet marketing objectives and strengthen RiP’s brand and image. This position will lead into the Lead Graphic Designer at the RiP Group.
The individual should be familiar with the following programs: Adobe illustrator, CorelDRAW, Light Burn, Mac and PC operating systems, Microsoft Suite, and Google Drive.
- Consults with CEO on artwork or product plans, vision, layout and production.
- Embroidery, Screen Printing, Vinyl printing, Vehicle wraps, Engraving.
- Brand development, brand management, logo design and support.
- Utilizes graphic software to design artwork or product.
- Interfaces directly with the CEO to edit and revise artwork as needed
- Ensures consistency of design with production, brand and quality standards.
- Examines the accuracy of the orders before processing.
- Proofreads/inspects the accuracy of completed work.
- Tracks and reports on all graphic work being completed to the CEO
- Other duties may be assigned
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms and mediums
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners
- Develop layouts, typography, and visual elements for websites, social media, and print advertising
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit graphics
- Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and digital design principles
- Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with prototyping tools
- Ability to illustrate and create original artwork is a plus
