Operations Support Manager

The Facilities and Logistics Manager is responsible for the configuration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of issues pertaining to all company assets. The Facilities and Logistics Manager will support the day-to-day end users of all of RiP’s assets via phone, email, on-site application or using remote connectivity. The candidate will work as part of a team and must display a rigorous work ethic and possess initiative and independent thinking to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Logistics and Facility Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Position includes 24-hours, 7-days-per-week on-call and response capabilities. May be assigned to evenings, nights and weekends as part of normal duties. Provide emergency response and operational support, as required
• Rig up and down of trailers, MCUs and other fleet assets as required
• Responsible for shop organization and cleanliness
• Creating shop and field SOPs
• 20% to 50% vehicle maintenance. Ensuring accurate record keeping and tracking of all vehicle logs
• Setting up camera and surveillance systems
• Janitorial maintenance of facility and grounds. Cleaning, basic maintenance and re-stocking supplies
• Open, inspect and log incoming shipments
• Provide operational support and maintenance on-site and in the field as required
• Operational Management Team or President of the company

Logistics and Facility Manager Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver’s License (Clean driving record) required
• Proficiency operating a vehicle pulling a trailer required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• This position requires regular lifting of 25lbs to 75lbs by movement, manually or mechanically assisted
• Preferred experience and skills: automotive detailing & maintenance, mechanical skills, carpentry, hauling Class-C trailers, forklift operator’s license, OSHA 10, Safe Land, welding
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Must be computer literate and able to learn new systems
• Must be detail orientated and highly organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
• Must be proactive and solution orientated
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
• Must be focused on the company’s core values and business objectives
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
• Availability beyond the regular 9am-5pm work schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
