< Project Variety: Engage in the design of commercial, single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use developments, including roadway infrastructure and utility systems.
= Leadership Role: Take charge of independent design tasks, bid document preparation, and project organization under limited supervision.
= Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to strategic planning, collaborating with the Business Unit management team to drive growth, project delivery, staffing, and financial performance.
< Project Ownership: Manage small to mid-size projects, ensuring they stay on budget and on schedule. Direct and mentor a team of design engineers and technicians.
= Regulatory Compliance: Prepare documentation for regulatory agencies, obtaining required permits for project success.
Qualifications:
< Degree: Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program.
=' Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years in the design of commercial, single/multi-family, and mixed-use Land Development projects.
= Certification: P.E. (Professional Engineer) State of Colorado or ability to obtain registrations within 12 months.
= Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD 3D.
