About the Role


The Regional Executive is responsible for the successful sales of internet services to the market where Ripple Fiber will rollout it's network, this will include the sales of services to both FTTH (Fiber to the Home in the residential market) and FTTB (Fiber to the Business in the commercial, industrial, and retail market). 


Responsibilities


  • Establish the regional office: 
    • Employ local staff
    • Source vehicles and tools, branded stationary, office furniture, laptops and tablets, marketing materials, office equipment, branded apparel for staff (Centralized) 
  • Supervise and support sales managers and regional office employees 
  • Provide go-to sales and marketing strategies 
  • Provide training to staff 
  • Manage sales CRM (weekly, monthly, quarterly, sales reports)
  • Other related duties 


Qualifications


  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
