Looking for a casual fun place to work? Ripple Junction Design Company brings joy to pop culture fans around the world. We are currently looking to add a full time, Operations Specialist to our band of quirks. The Operation Specialist is a role within the Operations Group that is responsible for ensuring that core data is entered into our systems timely and accurately. This position will be cross trained in all of the functions that fall under the Operations Group’s umbrella.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Ensure accurate product and customer information is in the IT system. Create new styles, product details, UPCs, SKUs, design information and customer data accurately and timely to hit internal SLAs.
  • Use information provided by merchandising teams to list items on multiple selling platforms including Amazon and RJ.com.
  • Assist customers by processing orders, answering questions and providing order information over the phone, e-mail, and/or via “live chat.”
  • Receive and complete daily order entry. Proactively follow up with sales reps and customers regarding order questions on styles ordered, address verifications, shipment status and/or credit terms for orders.
  • Perform processes daily to ensure that all orders from all platforms have hit our order entry system and are processing through the system to achieve stated SLAs.
  • Ensure all available stock orders are shipped within required timeframes. Run daily and weekly Open Order Reports and report on order turn-time at weekly sales meetings.
  • Work with Operations Manager to document SOPs, working to improve processes along the way to make them more accurate and efficient.
  • Assist the Sales Department; enter orders, mail catalogs and samples to reps and customers, run stock reports and gather general information as requested.
  • Issue RA’s for all returns and credits within 24 hours. Follow-up with customers on RA’s over 30 days old when the returned merchandise has not been received in the RJ warehouse.

MUST HAVES
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service, order/data entry.
  • Ability to work overtime, including evening, weekends, and/or holidays, depending on the company's needs.
