What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Sourcer, Tech position at Ripple?
Ripple is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to tackle Ripple’s sourcing and outreach strategy in support of Ripple’s hiring goals. A Sourcer's success will be measured through the development of quality networks, candidate relationships and ultimately an increase of highly qualified candidates. We’d love this person to partner with Recruiting leadership, the recruiting team, and the business to develop a diverse pipeline across technical and non-technical roles.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates and consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates.
- Understand unique roles and business requirements to match candidates with opportunities inside Ripple.
- Develop business-specific diversity sourcing plans and strategies.
- Create and execute narratives, branding and social media campaigns to support external messaging and engagement in partnership with internal teams.
- Engage and activate diverse talent through relationships and networking with universities, professional organizations, community organizations, diversity forums and conferences, and other innovative recruitment channels.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Relationship focused: Comfortable working with and relating to a lot of different audiences internally and externally
- Understanding and perceptive: Able to see things from others' viewpoints, evaluates candidate potential and capabilities with ease, earns trust with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Systematic and organized: Easily creates a plan for how work should be executed, is able to establish processes to consistently handle shifting priorities and maintain a sense of urgency
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using tools and systems to execute one’s work, able to effectively communicate data outcomes to internal stakeholders
- Resourceful: Identify and utilize resources to seize opportunities and progress toward a goal, not afraid to ask questions and figure things out
