Partner Marketing Intern

Working within Appian’s Marketing team under the Vice President of Global Growth Marketing and reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Intern will assist with special projects that support Partner Marketing projects and initiatives while receiving insight and experience in a very specialized marketing function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is interested in learning about partnership and alliance marketing and working in a collaborative team environment at a fast-growing software company.

About the role:

• Learn hands-on about Partner Marketing; understand how corporate partnerships work, why a strong partner ecosystem is critical to business growth, and the value and importance of marketing to, through, and with Appian partners.
• Manage branding compliance audit to ensure Appian Partners are using correct Appian branding on their digital properties and assets.
• Work with the Appian SEO team to develop a partner SEO optimization strategy and execution plan.
• Support the Partner Marketing team with various projects and administrative tasks, as assigned
• Present your work (special projects) to the Marketing department at the conclusion of your internship

Basic qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field of study
• Demonstrated skill in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
