Supply Chain Project Manager
RISE Armament is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of our supply chain operations. Responsibilities:
- Leadership, Management & Accountability: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Take ownership of project outcomes and be accountable for project success.
- Contract Review: Review and evaluate supply chain contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Identify any potential risks or issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Supply Timelines: Develop and manage supply timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor and track progress and take necessary actions to mitigate any delays.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management processes, including inventory optimization, stock level analysis, and inventory control measures. Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce holding costs.
- Data Automation: Implement data automation strategies to streamline supply chain processes.
- Custom Macros: Develop and implement custom macros to enhance supply chain analytics and reporting capabilities. Leverage advanced Excel skills to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency.
- Supply Forecasting: Collaborate with demand planning teams to develop accurate supply forecasts. Utilize historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to drive supply planning and ensure optimal inventory levels. Monitor supply chain performance and make necessary adjustments to meet changing business requirements.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience as a buyer/planner in a supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in contract review and negotiations.
- Solid understanding of inventory management techniques and inventory control methods.
- Experience in implementing data automation strategies and utilizing custom macros.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
